STUDIO PILATES

These sessions are tailored to the specific requirements and goals of the individual. A range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze table), Wunda Chair, Core Align and Fuse Ladder, and an array of small apparatus and weights are utilised. Sessions are peronalised to the individual and group classes have a maximum of four clients.

All new clients are required to attend at least one initial private session to enable for a postural and movement assessment, to learn the fundamentals principals of Pilates, and to get a feel for the different apparatus. 

MAT PILATES

Mat classes use body weight as the main form of resistance with the addition of various pieces of small apparatus including weights, foam rollers, bands, balls and the Pilates magic circles. Mat classes can be modified to all levels of fitness and experience but are generally more suited to those without any major injuries. These classes are safe and beneficial for anyone with low bone density.

All sessions last one hour

Booking by email or telephone is essential for all sessions

Clean grip socks must be worn - these can be purchased in the studio

Please avoid wearing anything with zips or sharp hair clips as these can damage the equipment

Please avoid wearing sunscreen, tanning creams and body oils as these can stain the equipment
