WELCOME TO ANNA PILATES

​​I am an accredited Pilates Instructor on the Sunshine Coast offering Pilates and movement.

 

I teach both mat and equipment Pilates from my boutique studio in Warana (within the Kawana Waters urban centre), Sunshine Coast.

My teaching respects the Pilates Method and the ever expanding knowledge surrounding functional movement and injury rehabilitation.

I work with people of all ages and abilities in small groups or private sessions to achieve the goals they desire.
